We also have a Communicator Plan that with just Secure Messaging and Video. So if you’re already using another behavioral health software system, you can use iCouch for HIPAA-compliant communications with clients (or each other.) Your free trial includes all iCouch features, but when you decide to subscribe to a paid plan, you’ll have to option to select the plan that’s right for your organization.
Ridiculously Great Support
Every user in your organization not only gets customized onboarding and setup help, they also get responsive, friendly ongoing support. We’ll even help you import your organization’s forms so you can begin using our Papers system right away. We’ll provide training sessions for your team upon request either via telephone or (of course,) the iCouch video system. There should be no excuses for your team not getting the most out of the system because we’ll be there to hold hands as much as you need!
The Organization Professional plan is the subscription that gives you unlimited access to all iCouch features. It costs $25 per month per active practitioner. Free admin users of course!
When you add a new practitioner, you’re billed a pro-rated amount covering the remaining time in the billing cycle. When you make a practitioner inactive, the next billing cycle, you won’t be charged for that inactive practitioner. You also don’t need to add your entire organization at once — you can add people whenever you want.
For the Organization Communicator Plan, it’s $20 per month per active practitioner.
iCouch a great value for your money. Also, we don’t raise prices for our subscribers. Once you sign up, that’s the price you’ll keep paying, even if prices rise in the future. You can also pre-pay for a year and get 2 months free.
We’re also adding new features regularly as well as making continual improvements. iCouch is a mental health technology company — we aren’t a company that hires some outside contractors to build us a system then we just let it slowly degrade. We are writing code, building features and making improvements all the time. One of our cofounders is a software engineer who has worked for companies such as Apple and the Rosetta Stone.
